Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from WearUrMood! Due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item, defective, or damaged).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either through a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Since all items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns for size issues, color differences, or personal preference. Please make sure to double-check your order and product details before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about sizing or design, we recommend reviewing our size guides and product descriptions carefully.
